Who is responsible

TNT Research Limited is responsible for personal information that you send directly to us. For privacy questions, email enquiries@tntresearch.co.uk.

Visiting the website

This website does not set cookies, run analytics or advertising trackers, or keep its own logs of visits. It does not load third-party fonts or tracking scripts. The hosting provider may keep routine server logs, such as request times, IP addresses and pages requested, to deliver and protect the site. Those are host-level records, separate from any information collected by this website.

Contacting us

If you email us, we use your name, address, message and any information you choose to include to respond and manage the resulting relationship. Our basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and keeping relevant business records, or taking steps at your request before a possible agreement. We retain relevant correspondence while it is needed for those purposes and delete it when it is no longer needed. We do not use enquiry emails for a mailing list or sell your details.

Please avoid sending sensitive or confidential datasets by email before we have agreed an appropriate way to handle them.

Temporal Club responses

If you open a Temporal Club issue on GitHub, the issue, comments and submitting account name are public immediately. GitHub handles that activity under its own terms and privacy notice. Do not include confidential information or private identifiers. If you email a field-note response instead, you may include the coding-agent product, model ID and platform details needed to understand the example. We use emailed responses to discuss the problem and may retain them as correspondence. We will ask for permission before publishing or attributing any part of an emailed response.

Research and evaluation work

If we agree to review a dataset, run an evaluation or work together, the scope, data handling, security, retention and any processors should be set out separately before data is shared. This website does not itself provide an upload service or process client datasets.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us about information we hold about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or object to certain uses. Contact us at the address above. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

We will update this page if the website’s data practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
