Consulting engagements
During engagements, we process client data to provide causal analytics services. The specifics depend on the engagement, but our approach is consistent:

- Standalone deployments. Each engagement is isolated. Your data is never pooled or shared with other clients.
- You control location. We can deploy on your infrastructure, your cloud tenancy, or in whatever jurisdiction your data requires.
- Defined retention. Data processing agreements specify retention terms. When an engagement ends, you decide what happens to the data.
Data processing agreements
For engagements involving personal data or sensitive business information, we execute appropriate data processing agreements before work begins. We expect these conversations and welcome them.
Third parties
We do not sell, rent, or share client data with third parties. Where engagements require third-party tools or services, this is agreed in advance and covered by appropriate agreements.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data during engagements. Specific security requirements can be addressed in engagement agreements.
